Born in the late 80s, Pepenazi, real name Kayode Opeyemi Gbenga is a rapper, singer, songwriter and has been privileged to collaborate with major artistes which include Olamide, Harrysong, Tillaman, Dapiano,Henry Knight,YQ, and many more. He has written a couple of songs for various artistes too.
Pepenazi has worked with numerous producers which include 'Dapiano, Sarz, Samklef, Ogajojo, Tmode, Dtunes, Del-B, Tyrone, Synx,& Bamtunezand has featured on numerous mix tapes.
He wrote the Intro to Olamide's Baddest Guy Ever Liveth Album.and also featured on it, plus Track 11 #Motivationalongside Iceprince and Endia. Not forgeting Adugbo! By T.money which also featured YQ, Alafia! By Cwan & Quality by YSG producer Dapiano.which enjoyed numerous airplay.
His earlier single "Arose" was produced by the beat maker Samklef in 2006. This single gathered steam and was followed by a video directed by Yinka Obebe. Pepenazi is back on the scene with his latest singles "Born You" and "Low" and he is set to get you on the dance floor at the very first listen.
